employee of either (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the

Inmate Search function, the individual conducting any search making
use of such function (hereinafter “the User) explicitly agrees that
the County shall not be liable for any losses or damages, including
incidental or consequential damages, purportedly caused by reliance
on a) the accuracy, reliability or timeliness of such information,
or b) the absence or omission of any information regarding an
inmate.
Please be aware that
inmate information changes quickly, and the reported information may
not reflect the current status of an individual inmate. Portions of
the information displayed following a search may be incorrect or not
current. Note that an
arrest does not mean that the inmate has been convicted of a crime.
Most inmates are pre-trial detainees.
The information on this website should not be relied upon for
any type of legal action.
Unauthorized, improper or illegal use of the information
supplied by this website is strictly prohibited.

The County maintains all immunities provided by law,

Nothing contained within this website is an official record of the County or the elected officials responsible for maintaining such records. All official records of the County are on file in the respective offices of each official, and may be reviewed by the public at those offices.
